Julie Puckett
Founding Partner

Julie is the Founding Partner of Blaze Search. She has diverse and global experience hiring executives for high-growth companies. She started her recruiting career at Korn/Ferry, then moved in-house to Vistaprint and TripAdvisor, where she led global executive recruiting. Julie spent 4 years as a Partner at True Search, working with early stage to public clients across the tech ecosystem. Her clients include companies such as Shopify, ezCater, Brightcove, Assent, PayIt, SeatGeek, SpotHero, Freshbooks, Snagajob, and Zoe. Julie has a BA from Northwestern and an MBA from Northeastern. She has lived in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Geneva, and Lima.

Kim (GOIDELL) GHANTOUS
Founding Principal

Kim is a Founding Principal of Blaze Search and focuses on connecting executives with purpose-driven organizations across verticals, functions, and geographies. She was previously an early employee of True Search, where she helped recruit executives to high-growth technology companies. Kim started her career in the life sciences space at Park Square Executive Search. Before that, she spent time in labs studying behavioral science. Kim has a BA in Psychology from Hamilton College where she was also a captain of the basketball team.

Our Mascot

Blaze is a 100-pound (*update: 106-pound) Pyrenees/Labrador/Newfoundland/Wire-Haired Dachshund mix. She started out life as a search-and-rescue dog, and is kind, steady, and loyal. Blaze is a protector of cats and enjoys a good treat. And most of all, she loves to explore and blaze a new trail.
