Meet the Team

Julie Puckett, Founding Partner

Julie is the Founding Partner of Blaze Search, and has deep, diverse, and global experience hiring executives for high-growth companies. She started her career at Korn/Ferry, then moved in-house to Vistaprint and TripAdvisor, where she led global executive recruiting. Julie spent the past 4 years as a Partner at True Search, working with digitally focused organizations. Her clients include companies such as Shopify, Spotify, SeatGeek, Two Bit Circus, Bright Health, SpotHero, TheSkimm, PrecisionNutrition, and Snag. Julie has a BA from Northwestern and an MBA from Northeastern.

Kim Goidell, Founding Principal

Kim is a Founding Principal of Blaze Search and focuses on connecting executives with purpose-driven organizations across verticals, functions, and geographies. She was previously an early employee of True Search, where she helped recruit executives to high-growth technology companies including Casper, Rent The Runway, and HelloFresh. Kim started her executive recruiting career in the life sciences space at Park Square Executive Search. She has a BA in Psychology from Hamilton College where she was also a captain of the basketball team.
